Botanicals are foraged from the rainforest.

Fill Still
Fill still with neutral wheat spirit and spring water from Mt. Warning

Maceration
Add dried botanicals to still and hot steep for 24 hours

Babylon Bags
Vapour infusion of floral & berry botanicals through our “Babylon Bags”

Slow Distillation
Vapour slowly rises up the copper still through the swan neck and down the lyne arm

Native Ginger
Native Ginger is added to the botanical basket in the lyne arm

Condensing
Hot spirit vapour enters the condenser. Cold water condenses vapour into liquid

Cuts
Spirit drops into the spirit safe where the cuts are made

Heads and tails of the spirit are repurposed

Mt. Warning Spring Water
Mt. Warning spring water is added to dilute spirit to 46%

Bottling & Labelling
Spirit is carefully bottled and labelled by hand
